Use of Proceeds: Acquisition, Development, Repositioning, Redevelopment, Renovation, Reconfiguration.
Loan Amounts: $5,000,000 to $200 million per project in combination with fund debt
Equity Investment: Straight Equity, Preferred Equity, Gap Equity, Co-Investment Equity, Recapitalization Equity.
Equity Contribution: Up to 90%
Security: First Priority Lien
Recourse: NON-Recourse with Standard Carve-outs Limited
