Frias Financial is a private Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm. It was founded over 6 years ago by Raymond Frias, 30 years of combined experience with the fundamental philosophy of providing clients, brokers and financial institutions with creative and specialized source of funds with maximum flexibility.

At  Frias Financial we arrange conventional and/or viable alternatives that are outside the traditional lending parameters or that require a timely closing, through Wall Street Hedge Funds, Private Investors and Institutions Worldwide.

As the demand grew because of the financial credit crisis we added new capital partners to our list of domestic and international lenders along with a host of new lending programs to reflect the new challenges facing the banking community.  We apply old-fashioned work ethic with innovative financing techniques to provide results that continue to exceed our client’s expectations.
